About The Position

As a Crew Member at MOD Pizza, you help deliver the MOD Pizza experience to guests by providing fast, friendly hospitality and preparing and presenting pizzas and salads. The role focuses on creating a memorable, welcoming experience for guests while upholding food quality and safety standards and maintaining a clean, organized restaurant.

Compensation is listed as $19.84 per hour when combining a $15.00 hourly wage with average tips of $4.84 per hour earned at this location. No prior experience is required. Applicants must be at least 16 years old and authorized to work in the United States. A food safety certification and/or alcohol beverage certification must be obtained within 30 days of starting, or sooner where required by law. The posting notes that some states restrict use of specific tools and appliances until age 18; applicants should check location-specific requirements with the General Manager.

Requirements

• No prior experience is required.
• Passion for people and enjoyment of connecting with teammates and guests.
• Ability to follow processes and instructions consistently.
• History of consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Interest in learning, growing, and contributing to MOD and teammates.
• At least 16 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Obtain a food safety certification and/or alcohol beverage certification within 30 days of the start date, or sooner where required by law.

Responsibilities

• Make pizzas, salads, and other menu offerings according to MOD standards.
• Prepare, cook, and package guest orders promptly and consistently while meeting quality standards.
• Follow food preparation and storage safety procedures in MOD operations resources and training.
• Use provided tools to keep the store clean, organized, welcoming, and ready to serve guests.
• Arrive on time, follow the MOD dress code, and be ready to provide a positive experience to guests, vendors, and fellow Crew Members.
• Provide friendly, accurate, and fast hospitality on every shift.
• Follow instructions and accept coaching and direction from restaurant leaders.
• Share knowledge with others to support the team, restaurant, and fellow Crew Members.
• Welcome guests and engage them in conversation.
• Serve others and maintain quality standards during busy shifts.
• Work collaboratively with the team to create a positive experience for Crew Members and guests.
