About The Position

As a Crew Member at MOD Pizza, you help deliver the MOD experience to guests by providing fast, friendly hospitality and preparing and presenting pizzas, salads, and other menu offerings. You help create a welcoming, memorable environment for guests and teammates while maintaining food quality and safety standards. The role requires following established procedures, working collaboratively, and being ready to contribute during each shift. No prior experience is required.

Requirements

• No prior experience is required.
• Demonstrate a passion for people and enjoy connecting with teammates and guests.
• Ability to follow processes and instructions consistently.
• Demonstrate a history of consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Show interest in learning, growing, and contributing to MOD and teammates.
• Be at least 16 years old; some states limit use of specific tools and appliances until age 18.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Obtain food safety certification and/or alcohol beverage certification within 30 days of the start date, or sooner where required by law.

Responsibilities

• Make pizzas, salads, and other menu offerings according to MOD standards.
• Prepare, cook, and package guest orders with timely, consistent execution and quality.
• Follow food preparation and storage safety standards and procedures.
• Use provided tools to keep the store clean, organized, welcoming, and ready to serve guests.
• Arrive on time, comply with the MOD dress code, and be ready to serve guests, vendors, and fellow Crew Members.
• Provide friendly, accurate, and fast hospitality on every shift.
• Follow instructions and accept coaching and direction from restaurant leaders.
• Share knowledge with teammates to support the team, restaurant, and fellow Crew Members.
• Welcome guests and engage them in conversation.
• Serve others and uphold quality standards during busy shifts.
• Work collaboratively to create a positive MOD experience for teammates and guests.
