About The Position

Requirements

Willingness to undergo a federal background check.
Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds, up to 20 times per shift.
Ability to bend and stoop frequently and stand for 100% of the shift.
Ability to work in damp, hot environments with open flames.
Ability to use sharp knives, utensils, and kitchen machinery.
Ability to read tickets and communicate effectively with the manager and team members.

Responsibilities

Prepare a variety of foods using diverse preparation methods and follow specific product preparation and handling procedures.
Execute recipe procedures to maintain high-quality, consistent products.
Maintain kitchen cleanliness and ensure proper rotation of products.
Communicate ticket times and potential problems to the quality assurance staff, manager, and servers as needed.
Complete assigned preparation work, stock supplies, and set up stations as needed.
Break down and clean the station or work area at the end of the shift.
Perform duties in a timely and effective manner in accordance with established company policies.
