About The Position
The Restaurant Busser is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dining area to ensure a high-quality guest experience. This role involves cleaning and setting tables, managing dishware, assisting with pre-bussing, stocking stations, and maintaining a clean environment. The Busser must also communicate effectively with the hosting and management staff, maintain a professional demeanor, and possess knowledge of the restaurant's offerings.
Requirements
- Cleaning and setting tables to restaurant standards
- Deposit dishes appropriately in dish room or specified area
- Assist in pre bussing dirty plates while guests are still seated
- Stocking bussing stations
- Sweeping underneath and around table areas prior to guest seating
- Complying with sanitations standards during cleaning
- Clearly communicating open tables to host/hostess and managers
- Maintaining professional and friendly demeanor and attitude while working
- Be knowledgeable of food and beverages offered
- Know and follow the Hey Y’all
