• Previous hiring experience.
• Front-of-house experience.
• Negotiating contracts with vendors.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to present innovative ideas to restaurant owner.
• ABRA Manager Card.
• ServSafe.
• 2+ years of proven experience working in a similar role (Restaurant Manager, General Manager, Hospitality Manager, Assistant Restaurant Manager, etc).

Nice To Haves

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business or hospitality management is a plus.
