About The Position

A Fiesta Mart Assistant Restaurant Manager is a second-level supervisor or manager in the restaurant. The role is responsible for managing daily restaurant operations, including employee selection, development, and performance management. The Assistant Restaurant Manager also oversees food and supply inventory and ordering, works to optimize profits, and ensures guests are satisfied with their dining experience. This position reports to the Restaurant Manager. CPFM – Certified Food Protection Manager certification, or its equivalent, is required for positions related to preparing, handling, and serving food.
