About The Position
Chick-fil-A Reynoldsburg is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Manager to join their team. This hands-on leadership opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys serving others, developing people, and taking ownership in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As an Assistant Manager, you will support senior leadership in executing daily restaurant operations, lead shifts and assigned areas of the business, coach and develop Team Members, and help ensure Chick-fil-A standards are consistently met. Requirements
- Prior leadership experience preferred
- Strong communication and people skills

- Dependable with strong follow-through

- Availability to work major holidays as needed
Responsibilities
- Lead shifts and assigned areas of the restaurant with excellence
- Coach, train, encourage, and support Team Members
- Set the tone for hospitality, urgency, teamwork, and operational excellence
- Hold Team Members accountable to performance and behavioral standards
- Support opening and/or closing responsibilities
- Track assigned operational systems and follow through on results
- Delegate responsibilities to Team Coordinators and Team Members
- Help maintain appropriate shift coverage when call-offs occur
- Communicate clearly with Team Members and senior leadership
- Run shifts independently when needed
- Model Chick-fil-A standards while creating a positive environment for both Team Members and guests
