About The Position

DiBella’s is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to lead the crew during a shift and help deliver an excellent dining experience for guests. The manager sets an example of friendly, upbeat customer service and motivates the crew, while being fun yet firm when necessary. Training is provided; candidates should bring a positive attitude and previous restaurant experience. Day-to-day duties may include making subs, operating the register, cleaning, scheduling, and other shift responsibilities. The position offers a 45-hour work week: 40 regular hours plus 5 hours of overtime. The restaurant does not use fryers or serve alcohol and does not have late-night or overnight shifts, though occasional nights, weekends, and holidays may be required.

Requirements

Previous restaurant experience.
Valid driver’s license.
Working knowledge of MS Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Ability to work occasional nights, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as the crew handbook.
Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, maintain focus, and balance friendliness with efficiency.
Ability to communicate effectively with customers and coworkers.
Frequently stand, walk, kneel, squat, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds.
