About The Position

This position assists the Restaurant Manager (RM) with daily operations of the restaurant and supervises the team in their absence. The Restaurant Assistant Manager (RAM) leads and coaches Restaurant Team Members and partners with the management team to maintain the Company and Brand operational standards ensuring all guests leave satisfied. The RAM provides excellent guest service in a fast and friendly manner, coaches and corrects the team, conducts second interviews for team members and shift leads, and maintains a clean restaurant environment by cleaning and performing general housekeeping duties. They assign shift duties to team members and follow up to ensure completion, direct the team to ensure all food items are prepared and served in accordance with all Brand, Company, and health department regulations, and coach team members on food preparation and production management guidelines. The RAM also cascades relevant information to team members, assists with new product training, and is responsible for placing campaign materials upon request. They ensure product quality, food safety, and operational standards are met, and monitor and ensure accuracy of all cash, sales, and inventory control records for the duration of the shift. The RAM completes end of shift and end of day paperwork and counts as required, communicating any discrepancies to their immediate supervisor. In the absence of the RM, the RAM completes daily, weekly, and end of period paperwork, inventory counts, cash counts, truck orders, and other administrative duties. They guarantee a safe environment for team members and guests by following all government laws and safety codes, complete reports on all incidents following the 5-minute rule policy, and partner with the RM to ensure all financial and operational metrics are met, resulting in a profitable restaurant. Requirements

Full time required; availability during all hours of operation and at least one hour pre-opening and post-closing required
Valid state Driver’s License required

Push, pull, lift, and carry up to 10 lbs. frequently and up to 50+ lb. occasionally, including lifting from ground to overhead

Responsibilities
