About The Position
The Restaurant Assistant General Manager partners with the Restaurant Managing Partner to ensure seamless day-to-day operations and an unwavering commitment to excellence. As a brand ambassador and second in charge, the Assistant General Manager upholds company standards, oversees cost centers, and creates memorable experiences for guests and team members. This role champions the company culture, strives for continuous improvement, and embraces the “better for being here” mentality. Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age.
- At least 2 years of management experience.
- Open availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Reliable transportation.
- Strong communication and exceptional leadership skills.
- Ability to motivate, inspire, and develop a passionate team dedicated to execution, hospitality, and service.
- Strong P&L knowledge.
- Ability to obtain certifications or permits required by state or local law.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of local and state health codes.
- Experience with Workday, Aloha, NBO, and Hot Schedules.
- Experience managing a team.
