Requirements

Current Iowa state LPN license
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn work-related software
Valid Iowa driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance

Nice To Haves

3-5 years of recent experience as a nurse in a related field
1 year of experience in hospice or home care nursing
Experience working in a team environment

Responsibilities

Manage the needs of all patients in all service areas while on call.
Coordinating weekend admissions, visits, and providing guidance to other disciplines as appropriate.
The Rest Assured Weekend Nurses are based out of Black Hawk County but will respond to all locations as needed.
