As a Rest Assured Weekend Nurse - LPN, you'll work alongside an experienced interdisciplinary team and provide expert clinical care, education and support when it matters the most. Requirements

• Current Iowa state LPN license
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn work-related software
• Valid Iowa driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance

Nice To Haves

• 3-5 years of recent experience as a nurse in a related field
• 1 year of experience in hospice or home care nursing
• Experience working in a team environment

Responsibilities

• Manage the needs of all patients in all service areas while on call.
• Coordinating weekend admissions.
• Coordinating weekend visits.
• Providing guidance to other disciplines as appropriate.
