About The Position

Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Responsible AI Manager. This role involves leading and overseeing the full lifecycle of advanced AI research projects, from analyzing complex business and technical problems to defining objectives and directing multidisciplinary teams in designing and implementing innovative computing solutions. The manager will provide strategic leadership and guidance to the Responsible AI R&D team, applying theoretical expertise and cutting-edge research to adapt and create new AI technologies. This includes leveraging state-of-the-art methods, open-source tools, and fundamental research to address emerging challenges, as well as optimizing and maintaining existing AI systems for enhanced performance and adherence to ethical standards. Key responsibilities also include developing and interpreting organizational policies, guidelines, and best practices for Responsible AI, and designing technical training programs for traditional AI and generative AI applications. The manager is expected to stay updated with current AI trends, ethical considerations, and technological advancements, and contribute to Accenture’s internal and external publications, write articles for leading journals, and be a speaker or panelist in conferences. Requirements

Must have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, or related field.
Must have 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the IT consulting industry.
Must have 5 years of experience in developing and deploying machine learning models and AI or ML solutions utilizing Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing and Computer Vision.
Must have 5 years of experience in working with programming languages including Python, R, or Java.
Must have 5 years of experience in utilizing AI and machine learning frameworks including TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
Must have 5 years of experience in developing and implementing big data technologies and tools including Hadoop and Spark.
Must have 5 years of experience in database management and data processing utilizing Oracle and PostgreSQL.
Must have 5 years of experience in managing cloud services and platforms including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
Must have 5 years of experience in performing Rapid API development with standard frameworks and tools including Django, Flask, and FastAPI.
Must have 5 years of experience in working with fundamental version control practices and version control platforms including Gitlab and InnerSource.
Must have 5 years of experience in deploying and integrating API endpoints using containerization including Docker and Kubernetes.
Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee the full lifecycle of advanced AI research projects, including analyzing complex business and technical problems, defining objectives, and directing multidisciplinary teams to design and implement innovative computing solutions.
Provide strategic leadership and guidance to the Responsible AI R&D team.
Apply theoretical expertise and cutting-edge research to adapt and create new AI technologies, leveraging state-of-the-art methods, open-source tools, and fundamental research to address emerging challenges.
Optimize and maintain existing AI systems for enhanced performance and adherence to ethical standards.
Develop and interpret organizational policies, guidelines, and best practices for Responsible AI, and design technical training programs for traditional AI and generative AI applications.
Stay updated with current AI trends, ethical considerations, and technological advancements.
Contribute to Accenture’s internal and external publications, write articles for leading journals, and be a speaker or panelist in conferences.
