About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Response Security Supervisor in Florence, Kentucky. The work varies by day and special event and may involve customer service, patrols, surveillance, and responding to incidents. The supervisor helps maintain security while adapting quickly and precisely to changing situations. The schedule is full-time, Monday through Friday, first shift, from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. The hourly wage is $19.57. Employment is contingent on successfully completing a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Think quickly and adapt to changing situations.
• Have responsive and strong problem-solving skills.
• Have prior experience in a security role.

Nice To Haves

• Supervisor experience is a plus.
• Military or law enforcement experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the premises to ensure security.
• Conduct patrols to identify suspicious activity.
