About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Response Security Supervisor. The role varies by day and special event and requires adapting to assignments that may include customer service, patrols, and surveillance. The supervisor helps protect people and property while monitoring premises, managing access, responding to incidents, and documenting events. The position is based in Lebanon, Ohio, and follows a Monday-through-Friday first-shift schedule from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process; employment is contingent on successful completion of a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.
• Think quickly and adapt to changing situations.
• Have strong responsiveness and problem-solving skills.
• Have prior experience in the security industry.
• Have experience in a leadership role.
• Have a state license if required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the premises to ensure security.
