About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Response Security Officer, also described as a Special Response/Flex Security Guard. This casual role varies by day and special event, with duties that may include customer service, patrols, and surveillance. The officer must adapt to changing assignments and situations while protecting people and property. The position is based in Chicago, Illinois, and offers full-time or part-time schedules with varying shifts and days. Uniforms are provided at no cost. Employment is contingent on successfully completing a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements

• Valid Illinois PERC.
• Valid driver's license.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Successfully pass an extensive screening process.
• Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations.
• Responsive, with strong problem-solving skills.
• State license if required.
