About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a casual Response Security Officer to provide security coverage that varies by day and special event. The role requires adapting to different assignments, which may include customer service, patrols, and surveillance. The position is based in Lincoln, Nebraska, and requires availability for all hours, including overnight on-call coverage, overtime, and holidays.

The hourly wage is $21.65. GardaWorld provides a uniform at no cost and offers career growth opportunities. Employment is contingent on successfully completing a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process, as well as a post-offer background check and drug screening.
• Think quickly and adapt to changing situations.
• Have responsive and strong problem-solving skills.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Have a valid driver's license.
• Be able to obtain and maintain an Iowa security license; GardaWorld will help obtain it.
• Be available to work all hours, including overnights on call, overtime, and holidays.
