Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, information management, information technology, construction management, library and information science, or a related discipline. A Master's degree is an asset.
- 10 years or more of relevant experience in information management, digital delivery, document control governance, or related disciplines, on complex infrastructure or capital projects.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 19650 standard and information management principles.
- Experience in developing and implementing: information governance frameworks, metadata and classification systems, naming conventions, information quality controls, compliance and audit processes.
- Understanding of information structures in BIM, GIS, EDMS, PMIS, and other related digital environments.
- Knowledge of principles related to digital handover, asset information requirements, and information used in digital twins.
- Knowledge of data protection, information security, and controlled access environments.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English.

Responsibilities
- Define and lead the information management strategy for the project or program
- Establish and maintain information governance frameworks, standards, and protocols
- Develop and oversee information architecture, metadata structures, naming conventions, and classification systems
- Ensure alignment of information management practices with project delivery requirements and lifecycle needs
- Lead information quality assurance processes to verify completeness, consistency, traceability, and accuracy
- Ensure compliance with applicable standards, including ISO 19650, as well as relevant data protection and security requirements
- Gather and translate stakeholder information requirements into clear governance rules and delivery processes
- Oversee how information is structured in connected environments such as BIM, GIS, EDMS, PMIS, and Asset Information Systems
- Lead audits, reviews, and reporting related to information management performance and compliance
- Identify information-related risks and define mitigation measures
- Support digital adoption and change management related to information management practices
- Provide guidance and content expertise to delivery teams and stakeholders
