Requirements

Strong judgment, adaptability, and the ability to work with minimal supervision
Comfort working in high‑stress clinical settings
BLS certification (required within 1 month of hire)
Proof of enrollment in an accredited RT program

Nice To Haves

ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications

Responsibilities

Assist respiratory therapists with routine treatments and patient care
Assess and monitor patient conditions, documenting and communicating changes
Educate patients and families about respiratory conditions and available resources
Manage, stock, and distribute respiratory supplies and medical gas cylinders
Maintain organized and well‑supplied storage areas
