About The Position

Responsible for cleaning, disinfecting, and sterilizing equipment and supplies for the Respiratory Care Department. Performs basic equipment maintenance and troubleshooting, including filter and circuit checks, and escalates malfunctioning equipment needs to BioMed or other designated personnel as necessary. Distributes E medical gas cylinders to designated storage areas.

Requirements

• High school education or equivalent.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and hours.

Nice To Haves

• Experience cleaning, disinfecting, and sterilizing respiratory care equipment.
• Acceptance into a Respiratory Therapy accredited program.
• Ability to process and troubleshoot complex medical equipment.
• Knowledge of respiratory care equipment and procedures.
• Data entry skills.
