About The Position

IntelliChoice Home Care is seeking a Respiratory Therapist to support respiratory services and help clinical teams provide quality patient care in patients’ homes. The role includes providing respiratory therapy, assessments, and direct patient care; educating nursing and clinical teams; assisting with respiratory training, competency assessments, and clinical education; monitoring patients’ respiratory needs and communicating changes to the care team; and helping ensure respiratory services meet quality and regulatory standards. The therapist works alongside the Clinical Director of Respiratory Services to support patient outcomes.

The position involves travel within surrounding territories, with approximately 75% travel; travel expenses are reimbursed. The stated schedule is Monday through Friday, approximately 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The position is salaried and includes on-call responsibilities. Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited respiratory therapy program.
• Current North Carolina Respiratory Therapist license.
• At least one year of professional respiratory therapy experience in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, DME, or home care setting.
• Current CPR certification and TB screening.
• Valid driver's license.
• Strong communication, organizational, teaching, and clinical skills.
• Enjoys teamwork and helping others succeed.

Responsibilities
