As a Respiratory Therapist, you'll enjoy a consistent Monday–Friday schedule from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with an occasional on-call rotation. This role allows you to make a meaningful impact on patient care while maintaining a schedule that fits your lifestyle. As a Respiratory Therapist, you’ll be more than just a clinician—you’ll be a trusted partner in patient care, helping individuals and caregivers navigate their respiratory needs with confidence and ease.

Requirements

  • Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification.
  • Active Washington State Respiratory Therapist license
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for home and hospital visits.
  • Passion for patient care and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities

  • Educate, support, and empower patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals on respiratory therapies and equipment management.
  • Set up, operate, troubleshoot, and instruct on a variety of medical devices, including: CPAP/Bi-level therapy, Home ventilators, Cough Assist devices, Oscillation vests
  • Conduct home and hospital visits to assess patient needs and provide follow-up care.
  • Ensure proper functionality of equipment through inspection and testing.
  • Complete thorough and timely documentation to maintain compliance and patient records
