About The Position

HSHS Care Forward is committed to building the next generation of healthcare professionals by removing financial barriers to education. This program pays for required education and training upfront, allowing participants to focus on learning and launching a meaningful career in healthcare. Upon successful completion, participants will receive industry-recognized credentials in high-demand healthcare roles, hands-on learning as an assistant, and a full-time role with HSHS, including up to $20,000 in bonuses for continued employment. Requirements

  • Actively enrolled and in good standing in a Respiratory Therapy program or within 6 months post-graduation from a Respiratory Therapy program with pending licensure OR a Licensed Respiratory Care Practitioner without successful certification completion by the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC) is required.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.

Responsibilities
