About The Position
HSHS Care Forward is a program designed to build the next generation of healthcare professionals by removing financial barriers to education. The program pays for required education and training upfront, allowing participants to focus on learning and launching a career in healthcare. Upon successful completion, participants will receive industry-recognized credentials in high-demand healthcare roles, gain hands-on learning experience as an assistant, and secure a full-time role with HSHS, including potential bonuses for continued employment. Requirements
- Actively enrolled and in good standing in a Respiratory Therapy program or within 6 months post-graduation from a Respiratory Therapy program with pending licensure OR a Licensed Respiratory Care Practitioner without successful certification completion by the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC) is required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.
Responsibilities

- Hands-on learning working as an assistant in the department as available.
- Full-time role with HSHS upon successful completion, including up to $20,000 in bonuses for continued employment.
