About The Position

Requirements
- Associate’s degree in Respiratory Therapy Sciences.
- No work experience required.
- CRT credential from the National Board for Respiratory Care and a Georgia license from the Composite State Board of Medical Examiners, or qualification as an RRT with proper credentialing and licensure.
- Basic Life Support (BCLS) certification upon hire.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification upon hire.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification within 60 days.
Responsibilities
- Perform patient assessments.
- Perform general respiratory care procedures and protocols.
- Perform critical care procedures in adult care areas.
- Conduct blood gas analysis.
- Maintain and manage equipment.
- Provide patient education.
