About The Position

Sentara Health is hiring a Registered Respiratory Therapist for a full-time night-shift position at Sentara Norfolk General Hospital in downtown Norfolk, Virginia. A residency program supports new hires in learning both clinical tasks and the science behind them. Self-scheduling is available to support work-life balance. The position offers a sign-on bonus of up to $20,000 for qualified full-time candidates. Experienced therapists and new graduates may qualify. Relocation, moving, and housing allowances are available to candidates outside the geographic area. The full-time hourly base pay range is $37.61 to $55.27; additional compensation may include shift differentials, on-call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonuses. Sentara offers medical, dental, vision, life and disability coverage; retirement plans with employer match; paid time off and leave; educational assistance or student loan repayment; and other voluntary benefits.
