About The Position

When a patient has a severe respiratory condition, a Respiratory Therapist provides the care they need in a general, clinical, emergency and/or diagnostic care area. You will help create a care plan, evaluate goals, and maintain communication with appropriate members of a patient’s health care team. In this role, you will help with clinical instruction of respiratory care, nursing, medical students, and residents as needed. You will also help orient new staff and contribute to the growth of others to strengthen the team. Requirements

  • Associate’s degree in Respiratory Therapy
  • Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) by the National Board of Respiratory Care
  • Licensed by the Ohio Respiratory Care Board
  • BLS
