About The Position
Under the supervision of the Director, Respiratory Services and upon request of the physician, sets up and operates various types of respiratory care equipment used in the diagnosis and treatment of respiratory disease and/or illness, as well as the operation of the sleep lab. This position is for pulmonary rehab.
Requirements
- Associate degree in Respiratory Therapy.
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required.
- One year of clinical experience required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
- RPFT, AE-C, and NRP credentials desirable.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate respiratory care equipment used to diagnose and treat respiratory disease and illness.
- Operate the sleep lab.
