About The Position

FirstChoice Respiratory Therapists provide coverage for short- and long-term assignments across the Trinity Health system, filling critical staffing needs. The role offers travel opportunities within a local region or nationally and a flexible schedule. Therapists may be asked to float throughout a hospital, multiple hospital locations, or regions. This opening is based at St. Alphonsus Health System in Boise, Idaho, with an ASAP start, ongoing assignments, PRN hours, a night shift, and a stated gross weekly rate of $61 per hour.

Requirements

Graduate of a two-year advanced practitioner-accredited Respiratory Therapist program; registry eligible.
Current CRT and/or RRT credential.
Valid state license in Respiratory Care if required in the state where working.
Interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with patients, physicians, other health personnel, and department management in all situations and in alignment with the organization's mission and values.
Analytical skills to identify patient needs.
Basic computer skills in a Windows environment.
