About The Position

Norco is seeking a dedicated Respiratory Therapist or Clinician to join its patient-focused, community-based care team. The position is for licensed clinicians who want to apply their respiratory expertise outside a hospital setting, with predictable scheduling, planned visits, meaningful one-on-one patient interactions, and a supportive team environment. Work takes place across patients’ homes, clinics, nursing facilities, and hospitals. The role has a limited on-call rotation and offers autonomy and variety without rapid-response or high-acuity hospital pressures. The clinician supports patients and referral partners in the safe and effective use of respiratory and rehabilitation equipment. Norco describes this as a stable, long-term career path in an employee-owned company. The position is full-time and offers a $1,500 signing bonus for full-time direct new hires; details can be discussed during the interview.
