About The Position
Work Schedule: 80% FTE, Day/Evening Shift, you will work at UW Health 9th St. Clinic. Additional components of compensation may include: Evening, night, and weekend shift differential, Overtime, On-call pay. Requirements
- Graduate of a Commission of Accreditation for Respiratory Care (CoARC) Accredited Program for Respiratory Therapy.
- Current Registration (RRT credential) from the National Board of Respiratory Care as a Registered Respiratory Therapist.
- License from the State of Illinois as a Respiratory Care Practitioner (within 90 days of passing test for new grads).
- Basic Life Support/CPR certification.
Responsibilities
- 3 years experience in pulmonary related field with strong emphasis in patient education.
- Experience in exercise prescription.
