About The Position
This position is for a Respiratory Therapist in Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation, working 80% FTE on a Day/Evening shift at the UW Health 9th St. Clinic in northern Illinois. The role involves providing patient education and exercise prescription within a pulmonary-related field.
Requirements
- Graduate of a Commission of Accreditation for Respiratory Care (CoARC) Accredited Program for Respiratory Therapy.
- 3 years experience in pulmonary related field with strong emphasis in patient education.
- Current Registration (RRT credential) from the National Board of Respiratory Care as a Registered Respiratory Therapist.
- License from the State of Illinois as a Respiratory Care Practitioner (within 90 days of passing test for new grads).
- Basic Life Support/CPR certification.
