About The Position

Under general supervision, technicians maintain, clean and deliver equipment as necessary for patient care. Technician will perform other related duties to support patient care activities within the limits of established policies and procedures. The role involves maintaining, servicing, and repairing medical equipment, which may include preventative measures, cleaning, or adjusting equipment. This position is for a PRN (as needed) employee in the Respiratory Therapy department, specifically supporting Pediatric care at the Charleston, SC location.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
• Must be enrolled in a Respiratory Program approved by CoArc (Committee on Accreditation for Respiratory Care).
