About The Position

Black River Health is seeking an experienced and motivated Respiratory Care Manager to guide and elevate our Respiratory Services Department. This leader will oversee inpatient and outpatient respiratory care, pulmonary rehabilitation, the Sleep Program, and DME operations—ensuring our teams deliver safe, compassionate, high‑quality care every day. Requirements

Associates Degree in Respiratory Care required
3+ years of related work experience required
Current Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) license for the state of Wisconsin

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree preferred
2+ year of leadership experience preferred

Lead and develop staff by allocating work, setting expectations, resolving issues, and ensuring timely completion of departmental initiatives.

Provide clinical support by performing Respiratory Therapy duties as needed.
