About The Position

Programmed Energy & Resources is a leading provider of industrial maintenance solutions to the mining, oil & gas, manufacturing, utilities and infrastructure industries. We are seeking an experienced, enthusiastic and driven Resourcing Specialist to join our growing team located in Welshpool! This is an excellent opportunity to work in our fast paced and dynamic industry. Working with a close knit team, this role will enable you to further develop your skills within the Mining & Resources industry sectors with exposure to multiples sites and disciplines. From sourcing top talent and coordinating onboarding to ensuring employees are site-ready and compliant, you'll play a critical role in delivering workforce solutions for some of our major mining partners.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience within Recruitment/Mobilisation
• Competent in use of MS Office
• Motivated, passionate and have good initiative
• Strong communication skills with an ability to establish effective working relationships with a variety of people at different levels both internally and externally
• Ability to work under pressure
• A demonstrated ability to work independently to organise and prioritise demands, handle multiple complex tasks simultaneously, set and meet deadlines and follow-through within a fast-paced environment with multiple and competing demands

Responsibilities

• Establishing effective relationships with internal and external key stakeholders
• Source talent from multiple channels
• High volume blue collar recruitment across Western Australia
• Ensuring qualifications for candidates and potential employees are obtained and current
• Manage the on-boarding for any new employees, including gathering/checking tickets and guiding employees through pre-employment requirements inc. D&A testing.
• Ensure all employees have a consistent and positive recruitment experience
• Undertake any ad-hoc projects and initiatives
