About The Position

The Manager, Resourcing and Administration plays a key role in supporting the people, resources, and operations that enable WPP Brand & Design to deliver exceptional work. Working closely with the Resource Team, People Team, Finance, and squad leadership, this role oversees day-to-day resource planning, capacity management, freelance coordination, and operational processes. The Manager provides leaders with visibility into team capacity and staffing needs while ensuring projects are appropriately resourced and supported. The role also partners with the People Team on onboarding, systems, reporting, training, and other operational initiatives that contribute to an efficient and positive employee experience.

Requirements

Experience in resource management, studio operations, People operations, or a related role, ideally within a creative agency or similar environment.
Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.
Experience managing freelance talent and/or staffing processes.
Strong commercial awareness and the ability to balance capacity, cost, timelines, and business priorities.
Excellent judgment, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Confidence partnering with senior stakeholders across Creative, Client, Finance, People, and Operations.
A collaborative, proactive, and solutions-oriented approach.

Nice To Haves

Experience with resource management, ATS, or project management systems is a plus.
