About The Position

Collaborates with the Office of Science PreK-12 and the outdoor science team in the development and implementation of outdoor science programs, which support the Baltimore County Publics Schools (BCPS) Curriculum, Next Generation Science Standards (NGSS), and the system-wide strategic plan. Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must hold a Maryland State Department of Education (MSDE) Professional Eligibility Certificate (PEC) with a Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) endorsement.

Responsibilities

• Development and implementation of outdoor science programs.
• Support of Baltimore County Publics Schools (BCPS) Curriculum.
• Support of Next Generation Science Standards (NGSS).
• Support of the system-wide strategic plan.
