About The Position
The Resource Specialist will identify, acquire, and distribute tools, materials, or personnel to support ongoing projects or daily operations. This is a contract position for 12 + months. You will report to the Senior Resource Manager for I&C Field Services. You will work a full-time #LI-remote.
Requirements
- 8+ Years in Nuclear staffing and project controls experience
- High School diploma, GED or equivalent required
- You will pass a nuclear background and pre-employment drug screen
- 5 years experience with advanced skills in Microsoft Office, Excel and database management
Responsibilities
- Identify, acquire, and distribute tools, materials, or personnel to support ongoing projects or daily operations.
- Maintain accurate records of available resources, usage rates, and inventory levels.
- Communicate with managers and team members to forecast future needs and prevent shortages or over-commitments.
- Develop resource management procedures and prepare periodic utilization reports for leadership.
