Resource Recovery Lead Nights
About The Position
This role oversees the Resource Recovery operation for an assigned area, directing workflow and ensuring adherence to procedures, including on-time loading and/or receiving. The position also involves assisting the Supervisor with administrative duties, filling various Resource Recovery job functions as needed, and processing store transfers, vendor credits, unsaleables, and continuities. A key aspect of this role is adhering to all safety policies, procedures, and best practices to promote a safe working environment. The company is committed to equal opportunity employment.
Requirements
- Satisfactory performance reviews.
- Strong communication skills.
- PC knowledge, including Word and Excel.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ years of related experience.
Responsibilities
- Oversee Resource Recovery operation for assigned area.
- Direct work flow and ensure that Resource Recovery procedures are followed.
- Ensure on time loading and/or receiving.
- Assist Supervisor in administrative duties as required.
- Fill various Resource Recovery job functions as needed.
- Prepare and complete reports as required.
- Process store transfers, vendor credits, unsaleables and continuities.
- Adhere to all safety policies, procedures and best practices while performing tasks in a manner that promotes safety at all times.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
