The Role Ownwell has grown rapidly across multiple product lines and geographies. As we’ve scaled, we need a dedicated owner for revenue recovery — someone to build the systems, processes, and customer touchpoints that ensure we collect on the value we’re delivering. We’re looking for a Revenue Recovery Lead to focus 100% of their effort on collecting and ensuring timely revenue recovery. You’ll inherit a playbook but come in and rewrite it, iterate, and improve it. You’ll design the systems, talk to customers, evaluate tools, and define what “great” looks like. This role reports directly to the CEO. It’s high-visibility, high-autonomy, and high-impact. We’re not looking for someone who’s done collections the same way for 15 years. We’re looking for an operator and builder who can learn collections fast, use modern tools (including AI) creatively, and treat every customer conversation as a chance to strengthen the relationship — not damage it.
