About The Position

As the Resource Manager for Koantek’s Premium Consulting, you will be the central hub matching elite Databricks talent spread across diverse geographies with complex project requirements. Your goal is to optimize consultant deployment by evaluating skillsets and availability to drive practice success and maintain high utilization at all times.

• Previous work in Resource Management (RM) or Business Operations
• Experience with Salesforce and/or any specialized Resource Management (RM) tools.
• Familiarity with the Databricks ecosystem or similar data engineering platforms.

Responsibilities

• Analyze Databricks job roles and propose qualified consultants by comparing technical competencies and availability.
• Actively build and serve as the primary point of contact for Databricks counterparts and internal technical teams to help move all initiatives forward.
• Monitor and maintain peak utilization rates across the practice to ensure operational efficiency.
• Manage all resource allocations, project updates, and consultant profiles within Salesforce, and other company tools ensuring data is always kept up to date.
• Generate and present data-driven reports for Koantek leadership and Databricks to guide strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate hand-in-hand with Finance, Recruitment, and Delivery teams to streamline operations.
• Provide responsive support for time-sensitive client and internal queries across both Eastern and Pacific time zones.
