About The Position

We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Resource Liaison to join our team. The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for EEOICPA (Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation Program Act) claimants, assisting them in navigating the claims process through the Department of Labor (DOL). This includes educating claimants about Part B and Part E benefits, supporting them in gathering and submitting required medical documentation, and collaborating with medical providers to ensure compliance with program guidelines. Additionally, the Resource Liaison helps resolve medical billing and pharmacy issues to facilitate seamless access to healthcare services. This role involves building strong relationships with healthcare providers, doctors, and adult living facilities, as well as hosting luncheons to foster community engagement and partnerships. The position is primarily remote but requires occasional in-person visits to patients. Willingness to travel within the service area is necessary to effectively support claimants and community partners. Hallway Healthcare provides 1:1 in-home nursing care to retired Nuclear and Federal Workers that have received benefits through EEOICPA or FECA. These are the workers who have retired from Department of Energy facilities such Lawrence Livermore National Lab, Sandia National Lab Lawrence Berkeley National Lab, Stanford Linear, etc. We also serve Federal Workers such as US Postal Workers. We offer flexible schedules, competitive pay, and 24/7 available support.
