About The Position

The Resort Suite Guest Room Attendant is responsible for supporting and promoting Station Casinos’ company-wide culture and demonstrating its “We Win Hearts” service standards. The attendant maintains the cleanliness of assigned areas, cleans and stocks guest rooms to “AAA 5 Diamond” quality standards, and performs other related duties as assigned.

The role includes stripping beds and duvets as needed; replacing towels, linens, and duvet covers; stocking and maintaining a cart; completing assigned guest rooms within the allotted time; and performing general cleaning as assigned.

Requirements

• Ability to interact with others in a friendly, positive, and courteous manner.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests, team members, and management.

Nice To Haves

• Previous cleaning experience.
