The ideal candidate must be an experienced Hotel Manager capable of leading a fluid, highly demanding environment with a spirit and zest for creating profitable, innovative and forward-thinking programs. An outward engaging leader who naturally builds strong relationships and guides a workplace culture with a focus on developing a diverse, inclusive, and belonging environment. A solid Food & Beverage background is preferred. Strong financial business acumen and relationship management are essential. A keen sense of style and sophistication is important (as ownership remains deeply involved in shaping the look and feel of the property). Experience in both city and resort settings is ideal to set the candidate up to success in Palm Beach where the property embodies an urban resort feel. Actively engage with local community leaders and influencers to re-establish the resort's presence in the market.
