About The Position

The Resort Manager at OUTRIGGER Ka'anaapli Beach Resort assists the General Manager and/or the Vice President of Operations. This role is crucial in creating and maintaining a customer-driven resort through a guest-focused vision, inspiring resort hosts to achieve their best performance. The individual will be directly responsible for ensuring that all department operations are effectively managed to maintain profitability and professionalism. This position involves overseeing the daily operations of the hotel to maximize profitability, guest satisfaction, product quality, brand and service standards, facility maintenance, workplace harmony, and property safety practices, all in accordance with Outrigger Hotels & Resorts standards. The Resort Manager will also actively promote the hotel as a quality deluxe establishment within the global tourism market and represent the resort as a caring and supportive corporate citizen in local community activities. This role is a part of the Hotel's Executive Committee and is based in Ka'anapali, Maui. The ideal candidate should be hands-on, capable of inspiring the team, strengthening partnerships, and delivering exceptional business results. Responsibilities

  • Assist the General Manager and/or the Vice President of Operations to create and maintain a customer-driven resort using a guest focused vision that inspires resort hosts to perform at their best
  • Ensure that all department operations are effectively managed in a profitable and professional manner
  • Oversee the day to day operation of the hotel to create and maintain maximum profitability, guest satisfaction levels, product quality, brand and service standards, facility maintenance, workplace harmony and property safety practices in accordance with accepted Outrigger Hotels & Resorts standards
  • Actively promote the hotel as a quality deluxe hotel within the world tourism market
  • Represent and promote the resort as a caring and supportive corporate citizen in all local community activities
