About The Position

The Naples Beach Club, a Four Seasons Resort, is a rare gem on Florida’s Gulf Coast of Southwest Florida. It is an exclusive collection of 156 luxurious beachfront private residences and a 222-room hotel within a 125-acre walkable coastal village in the heart of Old Naples. The resort honors local heritage and is artfully reimagined for modern-day elegance. It includes residents-only facilities and amenities, a luxury spa and state-of-the-art well-being/fitness center, exquisite and diverse fine dining outlets, outdoor pursuits including a tennis center, and an 18-hole golf course, bowling, and movie theater experiences, and an exclusive private club. This position reports to the General Manager who is very involved with ownership and residents, so the ability to run the daily operations of the hotel is key. The Resort Manager will partner with community influencers and position the newly reimagined Hotel as the leader in the market. Proficiently in English is required and other languages are also welcome.

Requirements

  • Proven track record as an existing Hotel/Resort Manager.
  • Experience at a resort property.
  • Experience or knowledge of Residences operation.
  • Strong financial business acumen.
  • Strong relationship management.
  • Strong Food & Beverage background.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and position resort correctly for both ownership and Four Seasons.
  • Strong EQ - relationship management is key for all stakeholders (internal, external, ownership, and Four Seasons brand).
  • Proactive influencer and future-focused leader who can drive the business and bring to life the vision of the hotel.
  • Strong leadership to maximize the relationships between MSD and third-party restaurant partnerships.
  • Demonstrated ability to foster strong partnerships with Club leadership, members, and key stakeholders, ensuring alignment across all aspects of club operations.
  • Adept at working alongside high-profile third-party chefs, translating creative culinary concepts into exceptional guest experiences through strong communication, collaboration, and operational leadership.
  • Agile and dynamic leader.
  • Embrace a shared services model/flex work arrangements.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with and complement an established shared services team.
