About The Position

This role is critical for us to succeed as an approachable, luxury destination offering best-in-class hospitality and exciting amenities for all. In addition, you will create a personalized moment for our guests. This role requires you to be really good at making it easy for our guests: delivering service with a personal touch and delighting others whenever possible, all with an approachable sense of luxury.

Requirements

• Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management in both written and verbal form.
• Ability to reach a height of 6 feet, and transport, push, pull and maneuver a cart weighing up to 60 lbs.
• Ability to climb, bend, reach, walk, and stand for the duration of shift.
• Ability to tolerate chemicals, cleansers and solvents.
• Must be able to obtain all necessary work cards.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring that guest rooms are clean and neat
• Completing daily assignment of guest rooms within allotted time and perform general cleaning as assigned
• Stocking and maintaining cart in a neat, orderly manner at all times
• Picking up rooms as needed, based on occupancy
