About The Position

Omni Mount Washington Resort & Spa is seeking Resort Grounds Workers for temporary, full-time employment. This role involves maintaining the grounds of the property using hand or power tools and equipment. Workers will perform a variety of tasks such as mowing, trimming, digging, watering, mulching, raking, and snow shoveling. Additionally, they will collect and remove litter/debris and provide upkeep to buildings and resort grounds. The position requires the ability to perform tasks without close supervision. The employment period is from May 1, 2026, to February 28, 2027.

Requirements

• No prior experience or education is required.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Workers are subject to drug testing upon reasonable suspicion.
• Workers are subject to pre-employment criminal background checks.
• Must be able to work a 5-day schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Applicants must complete an employment application.
• Conversational English Required.

Responsibilities

• Work on resort maintaining the grounds of property using hand or power tools or equipment.
• Mow, trim, dig, water, mulch, rake, and snow shoveling.
• Collect and remove litter/debris.
• Provide upkeep to building and resort grounds.
