Part Time Resort Experience Supervisor

About The Position

The Resort Experience Supervisor coordinates and supervises resort activities to provide guests with enjoyable and meaningful experiences. This highly visible role involves direct guest interaction and contributing to memorable stays at Mission Bay Resort. The supervisor supports the resort experience team, coordinates daily and member events and recreational activities, responds to guest inquiries and concerns, and collaborates with other departments to ensure seamless service. The role also helps develop new activities and experiences and trains, mentors, and evaluates team members.

Requirements

At least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role within hospitality, recreation, or guest services.
Strong understanding of luxury service standards and guest engagement techniques.
Excellent interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.
Ability to lead a team with enthusiasm and accountability.
Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Willingness to work outdoors and stand for extended periods, including shifts longer than 8 hours.
Friendly demeanor, ability to learn new computer programs, multitasking skills, and ability to complete projects in a timely manner.
Organization, attention to detail, reliability, and a desire to take care of others.

Responsibilities

Supervise and support the resort experience team.
Coordinate and monitor daily guest experiences, including daily events, member events, and recreational activities.
Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly.
Work with departments such as housekeeping, food and beverage, and spa to ensure seamless service delivery.
Maintain and exceed guest satisfaction goals through proactive engagement and personalized service.
Assist in developing new activities and experiences to enhance the resort’s offerings.
Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to uphold high service standards.
