About The Position

San Diego Mission Bay Resort is seeking a friendly, attentive, and service-oriented Resort Experience Attendant to help create a relaxing and enjoyable experience for guests. The role oversees resort activities and helps ensure guests have a fun, safe, and welcoming experience. This is a part-time, Spring–Summer seasonal position. Full availability on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays is required. The position starts at $20.02 per hour. The attendant helps maintain pool areas and towels, checks resort recreation areas, supports guest activities and crafts, and maintains cabanas and daybeds. The role requires standing for 4-, 6-, or 8-hour shifts and extended periods in the sun, as well as the ability to lift at least 50 pounds. Hospitality experience is preferred. Responsibilities

Maintain pool towels and monitor pool cleanliness.
Make rounds of the pool to assist guests.
Make rounds around the property and check the pickleball and tennis courts.
Help set up and facilitate guest activities and crafts, and assist guests throughout the experience.
Maintain cabanas and daybeds.
